2022

10 years after this blog was born…. Didn’t even remember I had this blog until I got into it by accident. Oh boy….. so many things had happened . My life definitely is not the same… I’m not a home school mom anymore, nor a dance mom either. My daughter is all grown. She has her own place and is 26 already. Still waiting for grandkids. Lol Well, let’s see what had happened in ten years…. 2013 my mom discovered she had cancer and passed in 2014 2015 I decided to move NJ and went to cosmology school in NYC. 2016 came back to live in Floria 2019 sold my house an bought a new one And Since then my life and interest had shifted a little. My interests still the same. I still do my crafts and enjoy having my family around. I think that will never change. Little by little I’ll post pictures from those ten years to help you catch up with me. I guarantee you, that it would be so much fun.

A great find! 20 March 2013

Hello everyone!

It's only a few more days before I go on vacation! I can't wait!  But, before I go I have to show all of you a great find that I came across in my husband's office.

Can you believe it? This is amazing.  I have a tone of old pictures I would love to scrapbook one day of course and this tool will come very handy.

I had to give it a try immediately, so here is a page I started.  I'm missing the title because I didn't have the right color of alpha for it, and I was too lazy to use my Cricut.  My inspiration for this picture came from Mercytiara

Stay tuned!

Back again!

March 17, 2013

Hello everyone,

It's been a long time since I've posted.  I've missed it though. I've just been so busy, and part of it is because I decided to start doing Project Life.  I started kind of late in the year, end of February to be exact, but I think it's going pretty well so far.  I'm not using what most all of you are using or doing.  First, I'm not doing a 12 x 12 layout. I'm working on a 8.5 x 11 layout, and I'm doing a week per page, not a two page layout. The reason why is because I really wanted just to try and see if I really like Project Life or not, and so far I'm loving it.  I think that I might be changing to a two page layout when I have more things to share about that week.  I don't understand why it took me so long to start Project Life.
Other than that everything is well.  Health is getting better; I'm exercising a little more and I'm setting new goals every day.
I'm getting ready to go on vacation soon, which I've been waiting for I don't even know for how long.
Stay tuned for pictures of my PL and vacation!

Crazy Friday

February 8th, 2013

Hello everyone,

Today was a really crazy day.  I started the day taking my daughter to her Physical Therapy appointment for her ankle.  Nothing big, but she needs to stregnthen her left ankle in order to continue doing well in ballet. I came back home and, to my surprise, I had a package waiting for me by the door.  I wasn't expecting it until next week, but woo hoo!  I had taken advantage of a little sale that is going on on Cricutmachine.com and this is what I bought:

Yes, believe it or not, I did not have a Yourstory until today, but even though I had the same paper trimmer, I ordered the bundle.  $30.00 I mean come on! You can't let that pass!

I always wanted the Cricut stuffed animal, but for some reason I've never ordered it, and I'm glad I didn't because it just cost me $5.99!

Another item I didn't have was a silicone sleeve protector for my Gypsy, so I went ahead and ordered two.  A pink one and the cherry blossom one. $3.00 each.

And, lastly, I got some cricut mats for my Cricut Create. It came in two packages of two with a set of cutting blades for just $14.99.

I believe I got a pretty good deal with everything.

Ok, going back to my day, of course I had to stop to open that box. Right after I took care of my dogs, I cooked and before I noticed it, it was time to leave the house again to take my daughter to get some pictures taken for some auditions she is going to in the next few weeks.

I left my daughter at the dance studio, I came back home to take care of the dogs again and did some laundry. While that was going on, I vacuumed, cleaned my kitchen, answered some emails, made some phone calls, and OMG! it is time to go and get my daughter again.

I picked up my daughter, and on my way back home she told me that she was very hungry and that she couldn't wait to get back home, so, I stopped to get her some food and she said, no mom, I don't want you to buy me food, I want to invite you to dinner, you do so much for me.  Isn't that sweet from her.  We went to Pollo Tropical and the food was delicious.

Now we are finally home, very tired, but as I promised, here I am making sure I blogged.

Stay tuned!
